"This hotel should never be given a rating of more than a 3/10. The sheets were stained, the room smelled like too much cleaning product that I could taste it. The pillows were flat, old and soiled. The drape might as well been clear because it didn’t block the sun at 7am. Every sound in neighbors room and hallway was heard. It seemed shady where it could have been a rent by the hour. When I asked to speak to management I was told I couldn’t have that information. There was no email, no phone, no business card to contact the manager. I felt hopeless but thankfully I booked it with Expedia so I was refunded one night. On top of that golf courses aren’t safe to live/ stay by because of all the toxins so I learned so much! "

"I never actually complain about hotels but this one just really really miss the Mark. My room was dirty. Every vent was not just dusty but covered in like cub sized dust and it was gross. I had to ask for a towel towels and then I still didn’t get them. I had nothing but issues with the valet and it’s not that they weren’t nice because they were nice. It is just that that you can tell that the employees in that hotel are very overworked. I definitely did not like the shower. There’s no vent in the bathroom and there’s no heat lamp either so it gets a little muggy in there and I did not like that but you also get really cold in the shower because the whole back end is open and maybe that’s the thing I know that’s a thing but I just did not enjoy it. Not getting towels definitely set me off, but then not getting towels when I asked her towels like that. That is something that is so gross to me. I don’t even have words and the day that I left I sent for the valet and it took the 25 minutes when I got down there my car was not there. They told me that they couldn’t find my car and it was like a whole thing. I was not very happy and I will not be staying there again."
