"Excellent! The staff in this hotel are really amazing. Super friendly. I got there early and the room wasnโ€™t ready so I left my bag and went for a wonder. When I went back, they welcomed me by name as soon as I walked in and said here is your key, Iโ€™ve checked and your room is ready. We have already taken your bag up, it is in your room waiting for you. Everyone was always really friendly. The room was really nice, spot on for 4 star. You had Sky sports, Sky UNO and Sky Movies Comedy on the TV. Really nice shower, comfy bed and quiet room. Excellent location and great breakfast. One thing about breakfast I liked is itโ€™s included for everyone. Nice way to do that. If you are in Turin, stay here!"

"This hotel is situated in Central Turin adjacent to the Porto Nuovo station, although you do not hear any noise from there. It is ideally suited for transport links with trains, the metro, trams, buses and taxi rank all within a minute or so walk. The main shopping areas and piazzas are also within easy walking distance, as are many museums and important buildings. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and the staff are very friendly and speak English really well. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent ensuites. There is also a spa (extra cost) area and small gym, although even with a wall mounted aircon unit it was rather warm. Whilst the breakfasts are plentiful the hot selection is rather limited and there needs to be a little more urgency at replenishing items when they are running out. The only other downside is that the lifts are relatively modest and are used by guests and staff alike. Whilst the staff, who are usually moving items around the hotel to service guest rooms, are always willing to let guests use the lifts first it does mean that sometimes there is a longer wait for the lift to arrive."

"A very convenient hotel right next to the main station. The breakfast was wonderful. I was in one of the older rooms so did not have air conditioning or a fridge. And sleeping with the windows open was fine but noise from traffic outside did wake me up. I would stay here again but I'd ask for a refurbished room. The staff were great"

"Spent an enjoyable 5 nights at Be Mate Torino Centro and loved its convenient location with most of the major sights within walking distance. The room was modern, spacious and clean with the added bonus of air-conditioning! It was almost like a home away from home! Despite there being no physical reception on site, I was able to easily communicate with staff via Whatsapp (in English) when required."

"It is very close to the airport. A taxi ride will cost 15-20 Euros. Walking is possible, although the roads do not have shoulders, so if walking and dragging luggage, it's not only cumbersome, but it can be a bit dangerous as not all drivers are paying attention and some drive too fast. They offer a lovely breakfast. The restaurant is open for dinner 7/7:30-10. Take a short walk or taxi to nearby restaurants. The train station is at the airport so it is extremely convenient to make the next jaunt of your adventure. Buy tickets online or at the onsite kiosk."
