"Front desk said we would get our room early, but later on another staff member said we won't because they are doing deep cleaning. We ended up going into our room and there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower. Other than that, rest of the room was clean. Staff is terrible. We asked for a late check out and whoever we spoke to on the phone said it was alright only if we pay the additional $79 fee. "Loved loved loved the amenities and grounds! Restaurant and lounge were good. The cleanliness around the pools was not well maintained. The hot tubs were gross. Trash, bugs and debris floating in them. They need to be cleaned a few times a day. "
