"Staff was incredible. Room was clean, but not in great condition. Lots of mold in the bathroom that had been painted over, so it was coming back, and the door trim was falling off. TV also didn't work....bed was comfy tho"

"The staff were delightful, but too much of this property is just surface polish. Spotty wi-fi that leaves guests sitting in the hallways or having to go to the lobby just to connect. Superficial cleaning - rather than replace used glassware, they simply rinse it in the bathroom sink and stick it back. And a severe lack of electrical outlets - we had to unplug the lamps in the room in order to charge phones or a laptop. The neighborhood is "just okay" - it's not bad, but it's maybe a block or so outside of good. Breakfast was good, though they can be a little slow on restocking things that have run out. And having one saltshaker and one peppermill for the entire breakfast room seems a bit stingy."
