On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. She not only takes care of the room but make sure you enjoy around the area with practical information from where to eat to where to go for tours! The place is quiet and conveniently close to major places within walking distance. I will love to comeback! "

"The Staff was great. The breakfast was very good. This was the first time I have been in a Hostal and I was happy with it. The first room we stayed was small but the second room was much bigger and nice. It was on the third floor and there is no elevator but the Staff was very kind to help us with the luggage. The location was very convenient, walking distance to the Bus Station. "

"We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs. "
