Its a great place to stay, bexausr Its very close to the airport. Its a lovely clean house with great service provided by the owner.
We are really enjoy our stay .
This place and the Owners are simply fantástic. Really cozy and confortable room and a familiar atmosphere that made you feel at your granparent’s house.
Host was extremely helpful and accommodating despite our schedule changing with short notice, offered to make breakfast an hour early and even ended up boxing up food when our tour started early! Wonderful friendly dogs on the property, cute little house with everything we needed away from the busy city but still convenient to everything.
We only stayed one night but Melita made such an impression on us. What a wonderful host - nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable and warm bedrooms and a lovely strong shower. The breakfast was delicious. Easy to Uber from the airport and into Punta Arenas. I would definitely recommend.
We stayed one night before driving up to Patagonia as it was very close to the airport. Melita was an excellent host. She messaged us to make sure we had good directions and was very understanding when our flight was delayed and we arrived late in the evening. Easy parking within the gates in front of the house.
Our room was very comfortable (cosy) with ensuite shower. Breakfast was simple and plentiful with Melita making us feel very welcome.
We would highly recommend this B&B - thank you for a wonderful stay.
Melita y Tito , the property owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a superb experience. They treated us like family, always paying attention to our needs and some times even anticipating them. I have no words to thank them enough. Highly recommended.
I felt like I was at home with Malita and Tito. The hostel was a private little place with a great view of the ocean, and a neat little area for meals. It was exactly what I needed for my first day in country.
Malita was very helpful in helping me get supplies for my upcoming backpack in Torres del Paine. She was very patient with my terrible Spanish!

Property is very simple but nice.Great for backpackers, budget travelers, and those who wish to be away from the noise of the city.Couple who own Tribal House are very nice but speak very little English .They have two dogs and two cats that I became fast friends with. Their granddaughter was swinging on the swing set in the front yard the second morning of my stay.Property is around 10 minutes from Punta Arenas, and right across the street from the Straight of Magellan.
This was a unique property - about 15 mins from town by car and 10 mins from the airport (halfway between airport and town) so a good location to access services relatively quickly. It is along the highway though so you can't really access shops/supermarkets easily without a vehicle. I had a lovely stay, the house has a lovely rustic feel to it if that's what you're into. Two very friendly dogs and a cat - love them. My stay would not have been complete without my wonderful hosts however. Melita and Tito are such a friendly couple and provided phenomenal customer service. So friendly and accommodating - their care was second to none. Highly recommend for those who love nature, farm life and peacefulness. Thank you :)
Staying here was like being welcomed into someone's home. The host went to far as to drive me to a supermarket to get food for dinner when the restaurant I expected to eat at was closed. It was a great experience.
Todo limpio y en buen estado. La señora Melita muy amable y servicial, nos preparó un desayuno riquísimo. Estamos muy contentos de habernos quedado allí.
Incroyable bed and breakfast!
Petite maison séparée neuve : cuisine, salon, chambre.
Taxi : 10€. Sinon , Tito peut vous transporter pour 6 €.
