Staff cleaned daily. Super wonderful nice hosts who were very helpful. Overall, great experience. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

quiet place and really nice host. My family of 4 leave our items at the places before going to Patagonia 8 days O ring trip. They put them in our room when we are back. The last day we went to early morning penguin tour and left all luggages in dining area. Location close to seaside and it is really easy to walk around and enjoy the quiet.

Friendly owner, the amenities are dated, but clean. The room was always cold. No smoke detector. The wifi was extremely limited, almost dialup speed, and you had to stand in the right spot.

Tivemos problemas no check-in, pois o hostal alegava erro do Hotels.com e não ter o apartamento triplo anunciado. Quiseram cobrar dois apartamentos, com o que não concordamos. Após muita conversa, aceitou nos acomodar desde pagássemos em dólar efetivo.

Arrived early and received immediate welcome service from Ivan, including finding things to do, solving data reload issues on my Chilean SIM and a referral to an amazing restaurant that was historic and reasonably priced. Room was good and bed comfy. Very quiet. rea location! Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Hostal with Great Owners

This was a really great hostel. We stayed in one of the private rooms which had lots of space. We also had access to the kitchen. The service was excellent. We often were leaving before breakfast so the owner left the food in the fridge so we could have some before we left in the morning which was very kind. We also got wonderful tips on where to go and what to see around Punta Arenas as well as what areas to avoid because the protests going on in Chile recently. There was some organization required to park the vehicles so that anyone leaving early was first in the line of cars but otherwise things were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hostal.

Sehr nettes Hostel, sehr nette, engagierte und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Frühstück war okay, alles sauber. Leider war die Bettdecke sehr in die Jahre gekommen, genauso wie auch Bad und Einrichtung. Alles in allem passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Rolig strøk, rimelig overnatting

Rommene er knøttsmå, nesten ikke plass til kofferter og badet er lite, men dusjen fungerer bra og vannet har bra trykk. Fin, skjermet hage utenfor rommene, med fine blomster. Frokosten er kontinental, verken mer eller mindre. Mulighet for parkering i bakgården eller ute på gata. Veldig stille siden alle rommene ligger i bakgården, og hotellet i ei rolig gate, nært havet med fine tilrettelagte områder, og nært sentrum med restauranter og butikker. Skal du være ute hele dagen fungerer rommene, har du tenkt å bruke tid på rommet, ville jeg valgt noe annet.
