There was no reason for concern as Luca communicated with me well in advance of my arrival to ensure I was well informed about checking in, how to get to the room from the ferry etc. he personally met us and showed us our room and how to operate everything. "My family and I had the most spectacular experience here. Paola and Massimo were the most welcoming and generous staff who helped us with getting settled into Amalfi with it being our first visit. She showed us exactly which fairies to take to each city and we had an amazing stay in September. Don’t let the stairs intimidate you, it’s really not too bad after the first couple times! "Location is very convenient, walking downstairs there would be excellent restaurants and shopping stores. Breakfast is included and very good. The only thing I need to mention is that the room is not sound prove and can be noisy, from the shopping streets and from above door neighbors."

Driving into the city can be challenging due to the narrow streets and crowds of pedestrians, but once you're there, the hotel feels like a hidden gem. "The owner was very courteous, gracious and helpful. When we arrived we asked her about where we could find a laundry mat. She not only told us where one was, but she drove us to it which was about 15 minutes away, and then came back to pick us up when we had finished. She gave us suggestions of what to see in the area and got us the bus schedules, so we could plan our time. Terrazza 72 is a new and very comfortable bed and breakfast and the modern decor felt like we we in a very upscale inn....
