"We stayed at the Hotel in October and had a wonderful overall experience. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are fantastic friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One thing to keep in mind if you’re planning a stay in October is that the cave bar by the pool is closed for the season, so plan accordingly if that was something you were looking forward to enjoying. Our only real disappointment was the food. For a property of this calibre and price point, we expected a much higher standard, particularly when it came to dinner. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn’t quite live up to the rest of the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel, rooms, and service were all excellent, and aside from the food, we honestly had no complaints. With some improvements to the dining experience, this property would be even more exceptional!"

Just be aware: the Duomo plaza is busy enough to make Times Square blush, so noise‑sensitive travelers might feel like they booked a room inside the cathedral bell.I was given a cute room on the top floor (3rd fl), where I quickly learned that the official Amalfian gym is… THE STAIRS. If you’re bringing heavy or multiple luggage, congratulations—you’ll already have completed your daily workout before check‑in. Bonus cardio included. The owner was genuinely kind and helpful, which definitely softened the blow of my unexpected stair‑training program."
