"The employees are courteous and the room is clean. The a/c is a little loud. I dislike how loud the sound the doors make whenever the other room door closes(like a thud every time) and how thin the walls are, i could hear a guy talkiing loudly in the next room and kids talking in the hallway at night. Also in my room sometimes i heard the buzzing sounds, not sure where or what it is. But they did put up the sign that says try to be quiet after 11pm. I guess kids ignores it. Other then that, if...

"Beautiful, modern hotel in the heart of the warf area. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the rooms are small- similar to those of major cities. It was fine for two night. To make up for smaller rooms there are community areas on each floor to lounge or work and the lobby has plenty of space to do the same. I appreciated the eco-conscious efforts as well. The only cons- -no fridge in the room (we brought a small cooler for drinks) -the parking situation can be inconvenient- we felt silly...

"Overall, we went to visit Newport for one day and the stay was satisfactory. The hotel was within 10 minutes drive to most locations, Thames Street, Cliff Walks, etc. The room was clean and tidy. However, the interiors had worn out comparing to the pictures. Breakfast was simple and sub-standard. Keith, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful."
