"Highlight is the view. Beautiful clean sandy beach and nice landscaping. Front desk was initially unresponsive when I asked for a ground floor room due to accessibility issue. Told our room was on the 2 nd floor and no elevator. Rooms with elevator access were not ready. Then other staff member intervened and gave us another room on ground level. Not a great first impression. Housekeeping staff were poor. Only brought new towels- didn’t clean sink, replace conditioner, drinking glasses , TP etc....

"The host is very helpful. He gave a ton of recommendations. Don’t worry about remembering everything. There’s a booklet in the room with directions and recommendations as well."

"The room price was so so expensive compared to what we got in the room, and the rules of the accommodation was so vast and extensive. Also you have workers living there full time while you charge regular people an arm and a leg to be there for not even 8 hours. "

The staff were very welcoming and kindly upgraded our room to a larger ocean view room, which was a very appreciated surprise and made our experience even better. The view was beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the location was great for enjoying Ucluelet. Thank you for the excellent hospitality — we would definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again!"

"The shower head suddenly started dripping at 11:30 pm. In the morning the shower water STOPPED in the middle of the second shower. When it came back on there was no warm water, only cold."
