"We booked an ocean view room but we looked at a tree blocking the view of the parking lot. Building was more like an old motel than a "resort".
Big draw was an outdoor sauna. Check in is at 4:00, sauna is closed at 4:30 ridiculous
All in all, very dissapointing, we will not return or recommend"
"A very good chic hotel five minutes outside of downtown Tofino. Amenities were nice and staff was very helpful. Only nits that are worth knowing is that rooms dont have any air conditioning and of course if youre looking for a beach side location this isnt it (not that the beach is far by any means)."
"We really enjoy the location, as seniors we love the fact that it is just a short walk to the beach. Having a restaurant on the property is also a plus. If we had one minor complaint it would be that the breakfast buffet which is included, was not quite as good as it was the first time we stayed at the hotel."

"It was not a normal front desk situation as hotel desk. I assume the hotel check in as normal, but it made alot panic and total pain, we were scrambling around trying to to find check in desk, come to find it was 5 minutes drive down the street. Also there is check close 7pm and we only have 10 minutes left - that makes us a lot panic and stress. We found a way - it might better update those situations/fact before i book the hotel. It was my business trip and could be so much stress if i late...
