"A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

"Every night there are teenagers screaming in front of my room while my child tries to sleep. Motel staff does nothing to help us out. "

"We checked in at approximately 4 PM. We were assigned a room on the first floor. They don't have screens in their windows so there were flying insects in the room(the area has a bug called a Midge). There were a handful of them smashed on the counter of the bathroom and on the walls as the window was left open before we arrived. "booked a room with a jacuzzi. i was really looking forward to it but it was leaking when i tried to use it. I was asked to turn it off and maintenance would get to it the next day. maintenance never got to fixing it during my stay and I didnt get to use what i payed for"

"It was dissociating experience. Bed was terrible, soft and noisy. I could understand if a hotel room didn’t have an iron, but charging $100 and not even providing shampoo or a hair dryer is absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were also very old and unattractive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
