"A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

I could understand if a hotel room didn’t have an iron, but charging $100 and not even providing shampoo or a hair dryer is absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were also very old and unattractive. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"We arrived to find the property under renovation. Our room was one in a wing of rooms in original condition. The carpet was torn and stained, not clear the sheets were clean, no towels, the towel rack was hanging off the wall as was the tissue holder, no glasses or cups, there was an extra (dented) refrigerator in the room. It would probably have failed any health or accommodation codes."
