"Overall, very nice. Safe and quiet, close to shops and transport. The only negative wss the hand towel in the bathroom was dsmp shen I used it the first time. Otherwise the room was warm, comfortable and very reasonably priced."
"This is our second stay here this year. We love the location close to the motorway. The family unit is great because there are beds and a toilet upstairs, and another bed with bathroom downstairs. So the kids feel like they have their own independent area. We did hear a bit of noise from the adjoining room this time, but overall it’s reasonably quiet."

"We had a great stay. Met with family going overseas and had a great meal and service in the restaurant. Hubby said the beerbattered fish was aaaaaa plus ,.
We Also had a guide dog so was put near an exit door. The room was clean and cosy. Plenty of space for puppies crate. Aircon is by the door, be aware when your hand slides up the door jam looking for a light, you may turn the aircon off, as we did!!
We were looked after very well, able to use the Heartland free shuttle to pick up our family , airport and back."
"The property is very closely located to Auckland airport and you can easily jump on highway to get to CBD or go down south. There is ample free parking which is a bonus as most places either don't have parking and if they do is very expensive.
The Staff were exceptional from moment we checked in till we checked out- very friendly and accommodating.
The overall rooms and some parts of the hotel seem little old/ run down due to age but from the convivence, exceptional staff and overall charges- I would highly recommend this place and will def stay again."
