Although it is not modern property all facilities were excellent, very clean good air con, clean and lovely balcony with good water views 100 yards down the road which we could easily walk to and from there explore the great boardwalks along the seafront to Kings Beach and all others in between. Very satisfactory and much enjoyed!"

"Very old fashioned decor but nice comfortable rooms. Easy access to beach, restuarants and shops all within walking distance. The stand in manager was outstanding, a really lovely lady. One pool is heated which is nice. "
