"The night auditor was not an imposition to handle situations that came up. The electric went out in our room and the hotel is full, so they put us in a room with no key. The only way we could access it was within an executive key and that room had holes in the wall. I asked to get in touch with the manager. They told me they could not they weren’t allowed to call him."

"While it was a clean place. There was only one elevator that worked which caused longer wait times. The pool was suppose to be heated and was not. And there was only one ice machine working which happen to not even be on our floor. And the AC in the room would not maintain temperature. "

"Overall a great stay.Breakfast was delicious, the free cookies are very delicious. It’s just time to remodel. You can see some of the fixtures in the bathroom are old. "

"The stay was great. Quiet. Enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was good. Although no bacon..but enjoyable nonetheless. I was upset that i was authorized 87.00 at check in when i was only advised 40.00. My room charges were prepaid..so i would have like to have clarification. In fact i wasnt even told. I happen to see the authorization on my banking app. Other than that, i would book again..as the property is located in the thick of shopping and its a nice neighborhood. "

"The hotel a/c unit rattled in which one could not sleep. I left at 5 AM due to the rattling. Then I was placed near the highway which you could hear. The hotel was not full and why could you not be placed opposite of the hotel. The clerk asked - did you complain. What is the point? You are attempting to sleep. Who wants to get up in the middle of the night to change rooms have someone come in to take a look in the middle of the night. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone."

"The apartment is very nice, clean, and in a great location!! We loved it. The only reason for the 4-Stars is the fact that the hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They were also out of coffee. Thankfully there were very responsive and took care of these things quickly. "

"We love staying here! Unfortunately on this visit, we did not have our room cleaned for the entire 3 night stay. They told us we “denied service” which was not true. In addition, our room had some issues with stains on the carpet and a bedside outlet that wasn’t working. "
