"This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . "Very noisy area. Rooms are not well insulated, you can hear everything around you. The first room we got was dirty with a stain on the bed sheet. The staff at the desk was nice. This is ok for a short stay."
