Terrible hotel in my experience

This hotel doesn’t have basic conditions to be as a hotel, no hot water, leaking toilet, dirty blanket, no cups or glasses in the room , plus, the room door could not lock well, I have to use our baggage to make the door closed, while no help could get. We arrived around 11pm, the front desk staff did not know our reservation, could not find our reservation, also not understanding any English to communicate, and I had to use gestures, drawing pictures to communicate . Thus, I suggest to delete this hotel in the hotels.com post. I found I was cheated by the online information posted on hotels.com.

No respetaron la reservacion !!!

Pesimo, hice la reservación a traves de esta pagina y al llegar la hotel no me la respetaron, me dijeron que ellos no se anunciaban en Hoteles.com y aunque les enseñe la reservación me seguian diciendo que ellos no estaban en esta pagina, y que el hotel estaba lleno. Les di el numero de confirmación y me dijeron que no existia, ya era noche y batalle para conseguir otro hotel, ya que no respetaron la que habia hecho. Pesimo servicio por parte de su personal, y malisima experiencia
