"We stayed during ACL weekend and it seemed like the hotel was pretty understaffed and they even told us they had washer and dryers down. Our checkin also was 30 minutes after the scheduled time (3pm), No housekeeping checked in with us during our stay for things like towels or room cleaning. There was also a mix-up at check-in where I was double charged even though I had already paid. It did get resolved, but initially I was told the refund would come after the weekend, which was frustrating being I was there for the entire weekend. Kyle was very kind and helpful throughout all of this, and I really appreciated his attitude and efforts. This felt more like a management and staffing issue than anything on his end."

"I did not like the room it felt dirty and there was stains on the walls and the carpet. The tub had dirt and stains as if it hadn’t been clean in a long time and the water pressure in the sink was low. The staff that checked me in didn’t share any information they just gave me my keys to the room but my main issue was the cleanliness of the room."

"We arrived and were given a room that was already occupied. The staff didn't know who occupied it but was able to give us another room. Fine, no big deal. However, the room we were given had other occupants, spiders. I understand you can't control what crawls into a room. One spider in the bathroom, that is fine. Three more spiders in the bedding and under pillows is unacceptable. Only to be told by the person on staff that they are sorry and there is nothing they can do, there are no more rooms available. The room, overall, was rundown and nothing special. Carpets were dirty, so we wore our sandals around the room. Breakfast was some very weird powdery eggs, that looked like what you scrape off the pan when you are done cooking real eggs. Checking out, I couldn't get a receipt because of the room mix up. I guess I just have to trust that my security deposit will be returned to me for the correct room. Other than all of that, the room was quiet. They keep the inner sliding door locked after a certain hour and you need to ring the doorbell to enter, which feels a little more secure. It is in close proximity to the airport. I can't recommend this hotel and won't be going back."
