"the host Antonella was very helpful esp with transportation such as bus, ferry, and train schedules. we were able to purchase the train/bus pass for a discount thru the hotel. breakfast was made to order, delicious, and ready for us. parking was important for us and we were able to park underground in a secured area."

"Endroit reposant à l’écart du centre (15 min au voiture). Horaires pour la navette fiables et Francesco très sympathique. Petit-déjeuner buffet satisfaisant. Wifi possible seulement au restaurant et bar. Du sanctuaire à Vernazza, sentier très agréable à travers la forest avec jolie vue ; compter 2 h de marche."

"If you plan on staying at the hotel, this is perfection. Beautiful views, helpful staff, convenient bar, food and drinks available anytime, breakfast wonderful. However the shuttle only comes once an hour to get into town, and it is snall, so it is often full. No line or organization for waiting for shuttle, and even if twaiting first, people will jump the line and shove into the shuttle. Shuttle needs to be more frequent, bigger, or additional options to get up to the hilltop hotel. Walking down is an option, but up in the heat can be grueling, and with luggage is impossible."
