"Staff is wonderful which compensates for the lack of amenities! You have to park in a garage and haul your luggage to your room, down ramps and stairs! There was no hot water for showers, luke warm water only. The air conditioner did not go below 70 in the room. "

"Check in was terrible. We were there 90 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time of 4:00 and still had to wait 30 for a room to be cleaned and available. The attitude of the staff towards us was awful. They acted like we were in the wrong for wanting to check in and just kept giving the excuse of lots of late check-outs. Perhaps they shouldn’t allow so many late check outs if they know they have bookings coming in. I will never stay there again and would advise others to stay somewhere else. "
