When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. "On our arrival though a little later than expected we parked right outside the accommodation and we was met at the door by one of the lovely owners who gave us our room and front door keys, with information about breakfast times etc. On 1st impressions I knew it was spotless and very well presented. The seafront and all that paignton has to offer within walking distance within minutes. Our room was at the back of the house which suited us perfectly. "I really liked this hotel, it was our second visit but, they completely messed up our dinner. We pre ordered the roast pork but, unfortunately they ran out! We ended up with ham, egg and chips which was laughable, the ham looked like thinly sliced spam, the egg was overcooked and we had a few oven chips! It was so bad we got up and walked out, which i have never done before and I’m 67! I have emailed the hotel but, no reply! We won’t be going back!"
