"A great little find in Brixham, I contacted Pip before my arrival asking for a early check in and he was very obliging and when I did arrive early I was treated to an upgrade. A great location only 10 mins walk from the town centre. Fantastic breakfast and a great host. I will be sure to come here again if i am ever in Brixham or near by. Thanks Pip for making me feel so welcome."

"Hello, we stayed on Saturday 6th September. Room needs a bit of updating, but apart from that an amazing hotel. The evening meal was just superb, my partner s steak was incredible, and the carrot soup starter is heavenly. Reasonably priced and great location, and the owners took time to welcome us Absolutely 10/10"

"Sarah & Marc met us as we arrived with a drink & a chat to welcome us. The room with en-suite was beautifully decorated, clean & quiet. The breakfast menu was very varied with fruit, cereals, juice etc to start, and a varied menu with plenty of choice for the main course, beautifully cooked. Would highly recommend. "We had a good short stay, however no good for someone who has mobility and transfer issues facilities as stairs are steep and no hand rails to upper floors - not appropriate for older adults. No hairdryer in room. Balcony terrace wonderful if out wet. Instructions for rubbish disposal was confusing however there was an option to leave inside door due to seagulls. We perhaps wouldn't stay again. "
