"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"We booked 3 nights for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. Upon checkin the room looked clean and spacious. We checked in very tired from a day of walking in the heat. "The room was stinky. It smelled like cat pee, and cigarettes. The carpet felt damp as if they tried to shampoo it, but it only made the smell worse thankfully, I was only there for work, but the room smelled awful. I could barely tolerate it."

"My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to take a trip to HHI and needed a place to stay for a night. When looking for places I just wanted to stay somewhere that had a bed, a shower, and a toilet. This place popped up! After we checked in, the lady at the front desk offered us three options: a free room upgrade, an extra night for free, or 24/7 check out time. I initially chose one option but later decided to choose the extra free night bc I'd be silly not too. And she honored the request!...

"At first, I was very impressed with this hotel, but then I got to my room, and about 30 minutes later, a roach was crawling on the wall. You would think, after spending over 300 on a room, that would be the least of your problems. I decided I wanted to take a bath, and the stopper would work. I was very disappointed in this hotel."

"Stay was OK. On a positive note the staff was friendly and room was clean, but the furniture and decor is worn and outdated, the room was arranged awkwardly making it hard to walk around the bed. The AC didn't cool well and was noisy."
