"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"The room was stinky. It smelled like cat pee, and cigarettes. The carpet felt damp as if they tried to shampoo it, but it only made the smell worse thankfully, I was only there for work, but the room smelled awful. I could barely tolerate it."

They really take the time to make sure you understand everything and actually care about & helping me get the most out ofof my stay Communication was on point, to the young lady that check me this Morning and everything was handled in a timely manner. "I had the best sleep of my year at this hotel in HH. It was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again! The continental breakfast was great!"

"We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."

"Stay was OK. On a positive note the staff was friendly and room was clean, but the furniture and decor is worn and outdated, the room was arranged awkwardly making it hard to walk around the bed. The AC didn't cool well and was noisy."

"Hotel was in construction/remodel,dust was noticeable and the apparence was not closed to what it shows on the pictures. We did not stayed at the hotel we ended up going to a different hotel."
