"We really enjoyed the Mexican Fiesta on Friday evening. We enjoyed the food, at both the buffet and the restaurant. The staff was friendly. The pools were always packed, and sometimes it was hard to get service at the pools. One thing we would like to see improved are the drinks. Some beer options other than Modelo and Corona Light would be nice. Maybe an IPA or some craft beers. The Tequila was not good quality; thus, many of the drinks were not very good. But all in all, we had a great time."

"Older resort but clean and central to PV. It is in almost like a u-shape so fairly close to everything, but there are little twists and turns to find certain things (second pool, restaurants, tennis courts). Staff at desk friendly but seemed guarded with any requests asked (they didn’t seem overly bothered to help out). Remainder of staff (cleaners, servers, bartenders, etc) were extremely nice and helped out as much as they could. Food ok but buffet was small, repetitive and not overly different day after day. In less than one week, we were tired of it. Three restaurants on site (Mexican, Italian, and Oriental) were however very good. Was told main pool was heated. If that was the case, answers why it felt like skin burned when entering…wasn't refreshing at all when most of our two week stay it was over 30C. Aside from the usual pool activities, the nightly entertainment was very limited and done by 10ish at night. We however enjoyed the karaoke, singers, sax player, comedian / magician, etc. They were talented…made it feel like a piano bar when you could relax at night for a night cap. However there was no disco or night music after the talent “show” but several local nightspots off the resort. Felt very safe walking around PV later in day. I recommend the place as an affordable option for an all inclusive as we did, but only if you plan on going out to explore PV on your own, else you will tire quickly (we were there for 2 weeks)."

"The staff and resort was awesome. I liked the idea of the European plan therefore I wasn't always feeling like I had to eat at the resort so got to explore some great places to go. The pool and anemies were good. On the European plan it is cheaper to eat al a cart verses buffet and I find I can't eat enough to justify the buffet. Tip your waiters directly they really appreciate that and give great service. The fiesta night every Thursday is very with while going to. Great location so you can walk to Malacon and around the town. The mattresses could be upgraded. They were a bit hard and the water in the shower s temperature was not consistent."

"El hotel cumple las expectativas, pero pienso que ya se queda corto en espacios, para el desayuno hubo días que no encontrabas ni donde sentarte, sin embargo el personal super amable lograba acomodarte, las albercas llenas, lo mejor irse a la playa, lo cual por la tarde vale mucho la pena x los atardeceres, me he quedado en otros all inclusive y por lo menos te ponen refrescos en tu frigo, aca no t dan nada, tenias q estar bajando al bar , intenté pedir room service despues de las 12 de la noche, al parecer ya no laboran xq nunca contestaron, pero fuera de eso, me la.pase bien"
