"Reservo y pago a través de Hoteles.com y me llaman de este hotel para decirme que no tienen habitaciones porque ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com, que reclame a ellos los 44,99 euros pagados, los cuales me dicen que recibiré ese dinero en mi cuenta en un plazo de 72 horas equivalente a 3 días, pues bien desde el viernes ya han pasado 5 días y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pagado por un hotel que no he usado "

"Started badly. Self check in, but no prior reminder to do this. Stuck on the street for 40 minutes. Phone not answered, eventually made contact by Whatsapp. The property itself is basic, but clean and comfortable, good value. An excellent concept, but the customer service backup should improve. Hotels.com was useless! Tried for ages to reach a live agent, to no avail."

"The room itself was almost spotless. However, my door handle was almost hanging off. I had to push my bed to the door to feel remotely safe as I slept. Brickdust and cement powder surrounded the entire hostel as there were major and VERY noisy construction work being done to the building. Avoid this place if you can."
