The location did not feel safe at night, the street the hotel is located on is not a good one! We could hear strange noises from our hotel room throughout the night, which was on the 3rd floor fyi. It’s nestled just far away to escape the noise of the Bangkok traffic but close enough to still enjoy the city life if that’s what you desire. They have a shuttle service that will transfer you to the main road for access to shops and restaurants along Ramkhamhaeng road. And you can call them for a pick up at a predetermined drop-off/pick up location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating....
