"洗面台に置いてあった化粧水や乳液等のボトルが埃だらけで不潔な感じを受けました。隅々まで行き届いた清掃をお願いします。 部屋にティッシュペーパーとかあれば良かったです。 チェックアウト日、部屋を出たら、日本人従業員が外国人従業員を汚い言葉で怒鳴っている場面に遭遇し、とても不快でした。指導の一環にしても、お客様の居る場所でのあの態度はプロとして失格です。一流の従業員はお客様の前では常に笑顔です。キチンと指導した方が良いと思います。 後はサイコーに良かったです。 部屋に露天風呂が付いていて、ゆっくり気兼ね無くくつろげました。 ベッドもふかふかで寝心地はサイコーでした。 アメニティグッズも充実していて文句無しです。三階だったので眺望はそれほどでもありませんでしたが、遠くの景色を見ながらの露天風呂は良かったです。"
