"Clean room, love the private onsen, breakfast buffet was amazing, endless ice cream was so fun! It was a little tricky to get to on the bus- the schedule is a little different on Sundays (Google Maps was wrong). But we got there and loved it! "

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"
