"King size Bed very comfortable with a large TV at the bed end. Bathroom shower unit needs attention with black mildew around the shower tray and lower tiles. Superior bathroom extras could include a magnifying mirror in bathroom and body cream. Bathroom towels large and fluffy. Staff friendly and accommodating. "

"A great place to stay for our visit to Clitheroe to see Lindisfarne in concert. We had a warm welcome, the room was comfortable and spotless and breakfast was lovely. The 3 Millstones is in a beautiful rural setting but only a short distance from the town centre."

"Great place to relax away from the centre and across from the beach, staff are nice and helpful, great location and I recommend going to the Arminian kebab shop and Dunes cafe for food and boss haircuts for a trim, there all a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay 👍"

"The room was nice and the staff were wonderful. We arrived late so we went straight to bed. The next morning as we were leaving the hotel manager told us all about the home and its history and gave us a tour. Parking was very easy - right in front of the property. "

"This was my third stay at the Ascott and I will keep coming back whenever I visit my family in Manchester. As an American I very much appreciate the things that make it different from the big hotel chains. It is quiet, it is personal, it is comfortable and to me “very British” which is a good thing. "Stayed here new year and new year day with my husband and this was fine hotel, you get what you pay for, how can anyone complain is beyond me for 13 pounds each a night, you can’t camp in your own tent for that, bedding was fresh and fresh towels, basic yes but who cares for that price, staff was polite and friendly, never bother you in the slightest, we enjoyed and will go back too"
