"The room was big enough and with good amenities but it does not have good insoltaion. The hotel is close to a very noisy street and you can hear almost every noise coming from the outside. I reall could not rest. Another thing that annoyed me was that I recevied an emal the day before my stay threatening me that the reserve would be cancelled and that I needed to get in touch with the hotel (even when I indicated that I would be paying at my arrival when I made the reservation). When I called to the hotel they told me I needed to pay for the room immediately if I wanted to keep my reservation. I never had any experience like this before and it added unnecesary stress to my trip."

"Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience.
