We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the standards and can only promise that we will ensure this does not happen again. The issue regarding the water supply, was in fact something beyond our control. From time to time, during the dry months in Thailand, local authorities are known for restricting water consumption from time to time. This is of course, not every day or even every week, but can happen against our wishes. We do understand your frustration and apologies sincerely for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We do in fact have rather standard sized hotel rooms, but are more equipped and filled due to the kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV set. We also have multiple room types available, ranging up to 100sqm+ We understand as well that noise pollution can affect certain guests, particularly during periods of high occupancy. We would have been glad to change your room to a quieter side on request and do hope you will consider us again for your next visit so that we can improve your impressions towards the overall experience at our resort. We could not avoid this, as it was intended for maintenance purposes, which is why we did our best to accommodate you with a room not near the construction work. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and can assure you, that all major works have now been completed. Regarding the Grand Opening, this was in fact advertised on our website and social media pages, as we are not able to place advertisements onto the travel company pages. We hope you were not too bothered by this, as this was an open invitation to all guests and the night was filled with entertainment, free flow beverages and all you can eat gourmet food. We have set prices for all tours/excursions, so we cannot quite understand how you were charged twice of another group. It may perhaps have been that another company was doing discounts or sales that we were not aware of, thus for that we are sorry about. We do hope you will not be deterred from returning to visit us again in the future, as we are still a very new resort and are always eager to learn of ways in which we can improve a guests overall experience.
