Perfect for a short stay
Perfect for the cheap couple days I needed, didn’t spend much time at the hotel but had everything for the nights sleep. Glad I didn’t pay extra for the breakfast though, was willing to do it one morning and it wasn’t even an option, even though they advertised it online!

This is a decent 2 or 3-star hotel, but it's certainly not a 4-star. The lagoon view rooms are nothing to write home about. The TV does not work, the lagoon is dirty with trash floating around and with view of buildings under construction. There is parking for 3 or 4 cars only, but some retail and restaurants are within walking distance. The charge for the massage and spa is excessive. The staff are nice and very helpful and accommodating, so that's the good side.

Some staff are nice but some staff’s service mind is low. I just asked if I can buy cola at the reception but the staff answered in the unfriendly and unwelcome manner and look on the face.

Quiet but accessible to a lot!
The hotel itself was very quiet--clean, comfortable bed, and a nice sized flat screen in the room. Shower and bathroom area were great as well, but no door on the shower led to a pretty wet bathroom floor. My only complaint was the sun shined into the room pretty early and the curtains didn't provide a lot to stop that. Other than that it was very spacious (sofa in the room), clean, and I enjoyed a weekend stay there! The hotel is within walking distance of 'Boat Avenue.' This area has a lot of restaurants, a few bars, shopping, etc. A cool area that was a nice surprise.

We stayed in the cheapest room ($30), and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. The room had beautiful tile and granite, a modern feel, a giant comfy bed, and a lookout a small part of the lagoon even without being “lakeside.” The pool looked very nice. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The front desk staff helped to easily coordinate a taxi to the airport (800 baht). And the hotel was within walking distance to boat avenue, the Friday night market, and even the Wat Choeng Thale temple. We would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel fully lives up to expectations. Breakfast was fine, the room was fine, and so was the pool area. Staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area - and a very large supermarket, although the entire area is rather expensive for Thailand.

Clean Room and Hospitable staff
The room was very clean and the staff were very polite and responsive during my stay. It was my second stay there and I chosen it due to the cleanliness and nice view over the lake.

The hotel is just beside a lake. A value for money hotel and the expectation of amenities need to be moderated. 40 min drive from phuket international airport. There is a supermarket but the things sold are quite expensive. Patronize a local convenient further down the street will be s better choice. (1) The gym is poorly maintained. -1 (2) Big room +1 (3) Fresh air . You will enjoy doing a slow run round the lake. 1 round is approximately 1.7 to 1.8km. +1 (4) Nonchalant service -1 (5) Nice view (if u choose lake view) +1 (6) Value for money +1 (7) Plenty of restaurants. Nice small Hotel with lovely outlook.
Nice hotel but we paid to upgrade to get a view across the lagoon. Area is a little remote but there are plenty of services and shops etc nearby. Pool was good with shade etc. Staff very friendly with some speaking good english.

Make sure your room isn't next to the road.
The room we were given on the first night was noisy because it was next to the road. Staff were very good and swoped us to a lagoon side room which was great.

A beautiful hotel with welcoming staff and great views of the lagoon from your door stop! The hotel also provides transfers to bang tao beach whenever you require it through the day. .. One of the best resorts I've stayed in and would love to come back one day!

Very good service and a fantastic view!
Very good. We only stayed for a very short time, because we arrived late and had to be at the airport very early in the next morning. However, in the short time we stayed we experienced a very good service. The hotel staff arranged a private driver to take us to the town for dinner, and drive us back again to the hotel. In general, the staff was very helpful and provided excellent service. The room was very nice with a private balcony and a beautiful view of the lake.

Saknas parkering för bilar, tråkigt frukost, dålig ljudisolering, 90% av hotel gäster var stökiga kineser som skrek o slog dörrar varje morgon. Dålig brun i duschen satt vatten rinner på hela golvet. Välja inte rum mot vägen. Fin läge vid sjön, hotellet har transfer till vacker beach Bang Tao.

Hotel sehr ruhig nur ab und zu kommt ein Bus mit Chinesen die 1 oder 2 Tage bleiben dann kann es etwas lauter werden Sonst ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen Freitag ist auch ein sehr schöner Markt in der Nähe Auch ein Roller verleih ist in 100 Meter Entfernung

A good place to relax and sightsee
스태프 대부분이 아주 친절합니다. 풀장 이용하기에도 좋았고, 조식도 단촐하니 괜찮았습니다. 호수가 있어 방, 식당, 풀장에서 바라보는 경치가 좋았습니다. 숙소 근처에 마트와 식당이 많이 있고 걸어다니기에 충분한 거리입니다. 구글지도에는 숙소와 라구나 지역의 메인로드(Lagoon road)까지 길이 표시되지 않지만 숙소에서 라군로드까지, 오른쪽으로 길이 있어요. 그 길에 마트, 식당들도 많습니다. 해변까지는 거리가 있지만 라군로드와 가깝다는 장점이 있는 곳입니다. 숙소와 가까운 해변이나 특정지역까지는 원하면 무료셔틀을 운영해준다고 하는데 오토바이를 렌트했기때문에 이용해보지는 않았습니다. 스태프들의 친절함(모두가 친절한 건 아닙니다ㅎ 대부분이)과 미소가 기억납니다. 다음에는 조금 더 오래 숙소에 머물고 싶습니다.

Okej hotell men med dåliga sidor
Ett helt okej hotell i relation till priset (vi fick dock en rejäl rabatt). Det bästa är läget - området har massor av restauranger i olika prisklasser, men är ganska lungt, på gott och ont. Närheten till sjön innebär myggor, så tänk på att ha med myggmedel. Man kan inte gå till stranden, men hotellet erbjuder gratis transfer (dock enbart till 17, därefter får man försöka hitta en taxi). För den som hyr en bil är nog läget helt perfekt, annars blir det en del taxikostnader för att ta sig till staden Phuket, regnskogen och stränderna. Servicen var också bra, personalen var trevlig och gratis vatten på rummet var ett stort plus. Städningen var bra, så länge man kom ihåg att hänga ut sin "please clean"-skylt. Hotellpoolen var utmärkt. Däremot var sängen hårdare än ett genomsnittligt betongblock, luftkonditioneringen passivagressiv (det var endera iskallt eller stekhett), och blöta kläder torkade aldrig riktigt p.g.a. luftfuktigheten. Dessutom fungerade inte värdeskåpet i rummet. Utsikten var mot en vägg, men det spelar ju egentligen ingen roll om man inte är i Thailand för att hänga på hotellrummet. Däremot hittade vi näst sista kvällen ganska många små kryp i rummet, och även om de inte gjorde någon skada kändes det allt annat än fräscht. Sammanfattningsvis ångrar vi inte vårt val av hotell - priset var som sagt bra och vi gillade området - men skulle kanske testa ett annat ställe nästa gång.
