"They no longer have a hot tub even though it’s advertised as having one. It’s a great hotel but it was disappointing to learn the hot tub wasn’t there anymore "

"We loved staying here. The pool and hot tub were great! The daily breakfast options tasted good and provided an excellent free meal for our family. The room was very large and comfortable. The hotel is located in a perfect location to get to the mall, cinema, shopping outlets, stores, and food. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and just all around great! "

"Room was clean, breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Very good hotel with a pool, only thing I was missing was a hot tub. The deluxe suite was nice with a Lil sitting space that had its own TV. "

"Hot water was pretty non existent, when I reserved room with accommodations, got to the hotel was told no accommodations available for my room. Mother SLIPPED and FELL because it was not accessible. Asked for a refund as the hotel did not fit the accommodations required. Was told no that I could not get a refund but I was welcome to pay for the stay and leave anyways. Front desk staff member checking in was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of him. "

"The staff was friendly but our toilet was dirty and bathroom amenities were lacking. Room seemed fine after seeing the toilet it made us wonder what else they over looked. Bed was comfortable."

"Hot tub didn’t work right. The made the pool smaller, no more outside pool, they got rid of the sauna and lockers."

"Rooms redone but no easy chair. A very weird experience. I was told that none of the rooms had them despite the updated room photos on the web showing them. Hard to relax except on the bed. The gym equipment is also severely outdated and desperately needs replaced. "
