"We are so happy that we reserved this beautiful place for our stay in Venice; the location was perfect, and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful after our long flight in! We enjoyed its charm, room's decorations, comfortable beds, and AC worked amazingly well. Our view was absolutely spectacular with the terrace outside. "Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town. "

"We were given the worst room full of mosquitoes when we checked in late night that too with kids! The night front desk staff was very rude and didn’t change the room! After long travel we couldn’t sleep and we had mosquito bites! Gave two stars only because the lady next morning was very helpful and gave us a much better room so we could relax, thanks to her!"
