"How’s were very attentive and available for any questions we might’ve had. Check-in was smooth and the property was perfect for our trip. We loved the space. There were even some toiletries and kitchenware available for use which was very nice for our week stay. The location was also in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, nice for morning walks. Floor felt saturated in chemicals. It made my feet itch to walk on barefoot. Room was never cleaned or replenished when I was away. Used roll of toilet paper in my bathroom and only the used roll. Desk leg was falling off. All I have pictures of. Will be writing an official review. This was the worst...

"The hotel is very nearby to everything you may want or need. Restaurant, drugstore, market train station etc. It was nice, clean. And the staff was friendly. I did not particularly like that. I was charged $90 for two nights parking. I understand that you need to charge parking but $90 for two days is a lot."

"For a Hilton, I was disappointed. The beds in the room were doubles, not queens. It felt a little cheap for Hilton to not just put in queen beds. Housekeeping cleaned the room and instead of giving us fresh towels, just folded up our already used towels, so then we had no way of knowing whose towel was whose (they were still damp when we went to use them). The breakfast was not the greatest and prices weren’t listed beforehand. My daughter had a glass of milk and we were charged for her having...

"Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. We loved the location of the hotel. It was central to everything and right on the trolley line. We highly recommend this property!"

"The hotel is under construction, only one elevator works. The rooms are dated and had a smell - like it was a smokers room previously. The bathroom mirror was falling out of the frame, there were watermarks from leaking bathroom sink on the updated cabinet. We were uncomfortable - but my toddler was exhausted or I would have gone to a different hotel. No housekeeping service was provided during our stay. Even though I specifically asked for new bedding on one of the beds. I will not stay in...

"We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and they absolutely adored our dog, Rosie.
