Still not sure what i paid for. The place was neglected, dirty, with debris on the floor, mould in shower, cracks on the wall, paint plaking off the walls. The place is not insulated so cold air was seeping in through the gaps around the window. It was freezing outside and the flimzy heater was not keeping up with cold air coming in. I ended up getting additional blankets and sleeping in several sweaters.
They never cleaned the parking lot from the snow, even 3 weeks after the snowfall.
If you have luggage, there's no elevator in the building so it's a separate production to get luggage in and out of the rooms.
Laundry facilities smelled terrible and were so dirty, they were unusable. Ended up using a laundromat.
There is a texting system to let the management know, but they just send a script "we are sorry..."
Overall the worst experience in my travel so far.
