"Todo excelente excepto por el cobro de City tax de 5 euros por día por persona que no lo esperábamos y en la página no lo advierten . La recepción cierra por la noche así que si llegas después de las 9 pm hay un cobro extra de 20 euros , tampoco se advierte en la página . Pero de todo lo demás es excelente . La habitación es hermosa y muy amplia igual que el baño y la tranquilidad reina en el lugar "

The reception team were especially welcoming and very helpful A very clean hotel. "The hotel location is brilliant, bus stops right outside to go to Mondello and Palermo. Pool is amazing! Rooms big clean and tidy ( as Italian rooms go fairly modern) Good shower pressure. Beds are hard and pillows are hard - but I don’t mind that Our only issue was the restaurant / nightclub on the Saturday night didn’t stop until 2:30am. A warning or notice would have been nice. It’s only a slight gripe that we had on our stay. "

"The hotel is a diamond in the rough. Sicily is not geared for tourists but Hotel Conchiglia D'oro is fantastic. James, Rosy, Roberto, Stefania and Antonio could not have been more helpful and accommodating. It is an easy 15 minute walk to Mondello beach which is easily one of the best beaches in Europe. Our room with the balcony is lovely and a great bathroom / shower for Med Europe. Breakfast is solid too. Great place to stay near a great beach."
