"Madrid is a busy night life town. If you are not used to hearing sirens all night, Madrid is not the place to stay. On the top floor, we had a beautiful room with private bathroom in this hostel hotel, but the street but the noise was loud. Perfectly situated next to the train station if you're relying on train transportation. The staff was wwrm, inviting and super helpful!"

The hotel is located in the Plaza del Sol which is conveniently located near the metro and many restaurants and retail stores, We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the plaza which was wonderful for people watching however it was a bit noisy Friday and Saturday nights due to the amount of people gathering in the plaza."

"We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The hotel is very central with the Gran Via a few minutes walk away and a Metro station right outside the hotel. We were given an accessible room with a massive bathroom but the accessability bars etc didn't bother us since we were just there for a few days. The breakfast was incredible with a huge selection. Everything was very tasty and fresh and well worth paying extra for. The public areas were kept spotless and the scent being pumped through the reception area is absolutely incredible. We visited the indoor pool and its does the job but nothing spectacular. The only niggle we had was the sound/vibration of the Metro which seems to run right under the hotel as well as the traffic outside. We were on the third floor so maybe its not so bad on the higher floors but the sound was enough to wake you up."
