"Hotel Shattuck is perfectly located near UC Berkeley and the BART station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. My daughter and I stayed for three days and were very surprised that our room was cleaned daily. The restaurant offered different meal options and it had an awesome ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Booked this hotel for a concert I was attending in oracle arena this weekend. The hotel is right off the highway very convenient The hotel its self was really nice inside/outside. "We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"The location is great with a very short walk to the Giants game; the views from high floors are nice. Check-in was frustrating; our room wasn't ready until 7:30 pm. The refrigerator wasn't working; there is no microwave. We rented two rooms for two nights. Both rooms lack an additional mirror. The only mirrors are in the bathroom. Tough when you have multiple occupants in a double-bed room.
Parking was expensive, over $100 per night with fees, and a nightmare to retrieve your car. They failed...

"The price and quality of the hotel was a good match for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The was nice, comfortable, and everything worked appropriately. The neighborhood had plenty to choose from fir shopping, dining, and entertainment. In my case the walk to the train station was tricky due to the numerous overpasses that surrounds the area and Google maps telling me to down streets that we're not passable."

"The room was good. However bathroom fan was extremely loud.
I was very disappointed that they really don’t have breakfast. There were 2 prices listed so I paid more for “breakfast included” and they had stopped serving breakfast. They put out wrapped pastries and muffins.
That pricing should be changed."
