"Walkable for many tourist areas. Close to bus routes. Hotel is clean and upgraded from when I stayed there 25 years ago. More dining options from inside hotel. 24 hr cafe was the best. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "

"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"

"We loved that we got early check-in at no additional charge. Our luggage was delivered to our room before we got back to our hotel. They notified us when our room was was. Staff is very friendly. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful. This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The free mini bar was a nice touch."
