"Everything was clean and bright and professional. The room was lovely and being on the fourth floor facing out, I could see the mountains!"

"The quiet times and areas for the hot springs hot tubs are not enforced, there is no staff presence so even during the posted "quiet times" it was not; screaming kids running around, cannon balls into the pool etc. Had it not been for the posted quiet time policy that would be acceptable but why advertise having quiet and relaxing areas and time if you won't do anything to enforce it. The place has gone down hill while the prices keep going up- not worth it. "
