General review
Friendly checkout lady and good breakfast. However, the check in lady was rude and the air conditioning too hot in the bedroom with no way to adjust. The tub in te bathroom is too high with no handles to get in/out, very dangerous for limited mobility people. There is no recycling signs or bins.

Great hotel
Have always. Holden this hotel for business stay since it opened. Would prefer to have a better pillow. Air con position directs air on bed which is not preferred but may be suitable for others- adjustment of air con vent position does not solve my issue. Breakfast is good and dinner restaurant meals are very good.

They allowed dogs and two barked all night. Also the restaurant is dull both in food offerings as well as decor. Very depressing

Excelent location, great property and great staff, the kitchen is neat and the food is awesome. Great wines and in general our experience was superb. Walking distance to downtown and easy to in and out the city. Very safe and I'm sure I'll stay there again if I ever come back to Chillán, Chile.

It's the only decent hotel in town in good location. Other than that, the hotel is quite average and not value for the money! It's a place to pass by and move on to the next town. Non-descriptive!

Staff, specially at the restaurant, they were extremely friendly. This Diego de Almagro is one of the best and ghe other in Lomas Verdes. Totally different experience to the bad service in Los Angeles, or the lier manager at Diego De Almagro in Valdivia.

Dusty and no AC
We stayed here last minute. We arrived almost midnight. Check in was okay but when we went to our floor, it was really hot. We went inside our room, noticed that the room and floor was very dusty (which I get allergic off) and turned on the AC, but it wasn't working. We called front desk to let them know about dust and AC and probably there's a right way to turn on the AC? The guy who answered said that AC wasn't working and just open the window. We of course weren't very happy of that but we thought it's only a night. The room was hot! Next day came, I had allergic reaction from dust my eyes and my arms and hands. I wish they can accommodate the needs of their guests and clean their rooms. The looks of the hotel is nice, but just again their service and the cleanliness is bad.

Just ok nothing special.
Walls are terribly thin so you hear other guests in nearby rooms. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Check in staff was cordial but female check out person was extremely rude, became belligerent and wagged her finger in my face when I asked for a receipt. Over priced for small and basic room. However was clean. Ok for just an overnight stop at a chain hotel in a town with not many options.
