"We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. "Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"Staff is incredibly lovely, polite. Butlers go out of the way to help. Property is stunning, landscaping is very unique. Food is delicious, we tried all the restaurants on the property and they were all great. Our favorite was Al Pairo. Pools are nice and get busy so get there very early like 7ish AM. Usually crowded during holiday season, but other times are lighter. "
