"We had a very enjoyable stay at Miyako. The location is very convenient, being right next to Hakata station, yet quiet and calm. The room was modern, spacious and clean. Staff were very professional and helpful, assisting with our luggage delivery and storage. Would highly recommend staying at Miyako when visiting Fukuoka. "

"Great and friendly staff. Very helpful when it comes to sending luggages to your next hotel destination and airport. The check in is smooth and the amenities were nice. Hotel room was very clean and just liked the space and interior. The only small issue is that you have to go to different floors for the ice machine and laundry, and there is only one laundry machine and dryer for the 3 floors they had. Maybe additional machines or reservation system may be helpful."

"Though there is not reception counter, there is a Front Deck iPad tablet to communicate with staff. Response is fast and staff can speak in English. Hotel is very well-maintained, as if brand new. There is also a 24hrs supermarket right beside it."
