"Quiet location. Bar was big but full of TVs with football on all the time. Staff generally friendly. Good airport hotel. Nothing really in walking distance but hotel has everything you need"

"The hotel looks great at forst impression, the room was clean and very nice. On closer inspection the hotel could do with a little maintenance to bring it to a good standard, for example the patio needs weeding, several lockers in the spa do not work and there are cracks and broken glass in the restaurant windows. I would say we were disappointed with the restaurant. The food was not great, not cooked to the request (asked for medium rare steak and got it basically eaw in the middle; the duck breast came out with the skin not cooked/crispy), the black forest gateau was dry and chewy at the same time. I would have put it to the bad day, but the next morning the cooked breakfast was also below expetatikns, with most of the food being served barely look warm and the scrambled eggs looked very questionable. Long story short I came home with very upset tummy. If you are staying in the hotel I would suggest to eat somewhere else."

"Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot."

"It was my third stay and Frimley Hall provided excellent experience as always. Great massages, helpful staff, serene surroundings. Would be great to see wider choice of wines and spirits in the bar - many wineries, breweries and cider producers in the area but nothing close to local at the bar."

"For a Ramada expected better, dirty room, shower blocked with hair. Sink blocked, bathroom not clean... not a good experience."

"Lovely pool area for children and adult areas in the spa. It was really busy with a lot of spa guests we couldn’t get anywhere to sit and realised when we left that spa guests had rudely left wet towels on the loungers after they’d left making us think they were taken. The entrance hall is lovely but has stairs whichever way you enter which is odd when they know people will bring cases. The rooms are really dated but clean. Our lamps didn’t work by the window, only half the room could be lit up. We had a family room with 2 single beds set up, one had a mattress and topper, the other just a topper so it sunk down without any weight on. We asked reception twice to rectify it but they didn’t. Breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were excellent and polite. This is our 2nd visit, not as good as our first one and I don’t think we’d return, sorry"

"The ‘mandatory’ online check in and codes for bedroom doors were a bit of a faff but the hotel has been significantly upgraded and the decor is very tasteful."

"We arrived for a 3 oclock checkin and the room wasnt ready. There was no forewarning and we were told come back in an hour and mayb e it might be ready then!! We had to leave our luggage, coulddnt get changed into clothing for going out, and randomly kill an hour in Guildford! Ruined the experience"
