The room was spotless and the desk clerk was exceptionally polite. Parking was convenient. The only thing missing is an in-room refrigerator, but that's why I have a cooler.

This is an inexpensive motel, and pretty much what one would expect. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Paint looked relatively fresh, could not hide all the signs of wear and tear. The laundry room was well equipped with good washers and dryers. No elevator, so if you have trouble with a short flight of stairs, get a first floor room. The wifi was not usable for my purposes, I used the hotspot of my phone.

Not really sure what's been going on with this location lately. But, my last 3 stays at this location have been on a downward slope. The service as usual, is always great! The local restaurants are nice. The cleanliness and draining system have been the problem for me. Either no one is cleaning the bathtub and sink drains well. Or, the drainage system sucks really bad. You shouldn't have to stand in ankle deep water when showering or wait for the water to drain when washing your face or brushing your teeth. The cleanliness with the beds is really what I had a problem with this stay. In both beds, there was dog hairs left under the covers and on top of the covers. 4 lent roller sheets worth of dog hair was left behind. For whatever the reason, I'm not able to upload the pictures and video. Anyhow, due to the Housekeeping Staff, this overall trip was good.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. This is a non-smoking hotel, and they actually mean it! Staff is on-site 24/7 and is helpful and responsive. I have stayed here multiple times and continue to be impressed by the cleanliness. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance.

My overall stay for this trip was pretty good. The wifi is really slow. The staff and service are always, always awesome whenever I stay at this Glenview, IL location. The comfort of the bed and pillows could be a lot better. As for restaurants, there are some fairly decent ones close by, within walking distance. The cleanliness could be a bit better like, under the beds, behind the nightstand, in the corners of the room and in the bathroom.

Would stay again.
Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Only issues were super small like our room door kept sticking and we had to push it open pretty roughly. And the heating and cooling unit didn’t want to say running no matter what we set it on.

No maid service… had to ask to change the sheets and they didn’t do it. I had to get sheets at the desk and put them on myself!! didn’t empty the garbage for three days. No refrigerator in the room. Ice machines were not working snack machines were not working. If I could give a negative review, I would.

Had to wait over 10 mins to checkin cause the person working the front desk decided he wanted to smoke a joint during this shift. Room was just creepy and didn’t feel clean at all. Don’t go here unless it’s absolutely necessary. Not even a good place for a quickie.

Checked into the hotel. The staff was friendly,l and helpful. Thats where the good ends. The comforter had burn holes in it, the pillow case had stains on it. The room was poorly lit, and the tv was to enclosed to work with the remote other then standing up and walk close to it. An alternative enterance from the main door which was supposed to be used with a key card was not secure, and wouldnt lock. Over heard another customer tell the staff she needed a new room beacuse her door was not able to be secure l, and properly close. Overall this propert was dirty, and had an unsafe feeling.

Amenities cost money, and Motel 6 has pared away almost all amenities to keep its rates cheap. No in-room coffee maker, no shampoo in the shower. It’s a place to sleep, watch TV, and put your clothes. But it’s cheap. Your choice.

The room was extremely hot.. The air conditioning went to 60, but it did not do much for the room. I was on the second floor. My room was hot and REEKED like cigarette smoke. The hallway smelled like marijuana. Just all around bad!

Hello Brian, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
