It is super hard to get a hold of staff when calling by phone.
We got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes. When I notified the front desk, they just said “oh it’s fixed now”. No apologies, no check in, nothing.
Housekeeping only drops off fresh towels: no beds made or anything wiped down.
Bar Louie attached to it, poor quality food that is overpriced. We got chicken nuggets that were dried out, spinach artichoke dip was cold, and fries were season less.
In my opinion, for the price per night, not worth it. You additionally have to pay for breakfast at the restaurant, so being breakfast or be ready to pay at least $13/person
